Where is your company located?
We are an online based store specialising in wedding dresses working out of our Harolds Cross atelier. Our website is located in Ireland, our tailors, designers and customer service are all based in Dublin, Ireland.
Do you have a physical store that I can visit?
We do not have a physical store but you are more than welcome to come and visit our atelier in Harold’s Cross to view and try on the wedding gowns.
How can I get in touch / reach you?
You can easily contact our design team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you are not sure about the design, would like more information on the fabric, need to know delivery times please feel free to contact us. We are happy to answer any questions you have and are happy to set up with one of our designers to answer any specific design questions you may have.
Is the ordering procedure secure?
Yes, our store uses an industry standard SSL Certificate which secures the connection between you and our online shop so your credit card details are safe. We also never store credit card details once the transaction is complete.
I'm having shopping cart problems. What do I do?
Don’t worry, shopping carts can sometimes give issues depending on the browser and version you are using. You can contact us any time to help you through the process.
I’m not sure about the colour, is there a way for me to see all the choices before ordering?
Yes, you can order a swatch sample brochure before ordering your dress. Our swatches have our full range of colour, so you can accurately pick the one you want. The swatches are free and there is only a minimum shipping fee.
I’m not sure about my size. Normally I’m a size 6, are your dresses true to size?
No matter how sure you are about your size, we still advise you to measure. Sizes vary across different clothing companies and it’s very common to be size 4 at one store and size 6 at another. We recommend custom sizes for all our customers so that your dress is tailored to fit you. If you are in standard size, take a look at our measurements for those sizes and compare them to your body.
I like the top of one dress and the skirt of another dress. Do I have to order both?
No, there is no need to order both. Please feel free to contact us and tell us your requirements. You can combine your favorite parts from one dress and the other. Each dress can be tweaked to match your required design.
I don’t see what I want from your sample pictures. Can I give you a picture of what I want?
Yes, you can send us the picture or drawing of the dress you prefer. Just be sure not to copy any other designs, such as dresses made by other fashion houses.
Can I change the fabrics?
Of course. you are more than welcome to change the fabrics according to your need. Just drop us a line with your requirements and we will send you out some swatches.
Shipping & Return
How much is shipping?
Cost is depending on your country of origin and import duty may apply if you are outside the EU.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide with insurance and tracking.
How long does it take?
It takes 6 weeks for our standard designs to be made. However bespoke dresses may take longer depending on the design.
I’m not sure if I can get it in time. I need it by *date*.
If you need it by a specific date please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of wedding dresses we can only accept returns if the dress is unused and in the same condition as it was when we sent it out. Returns must be received within 10 days of postage date from our atelier. Contact us to open a return request.
I received my dress and some of the embellishments fell off
Please accept our apologies for this. Our embellishments are hand-sewn as such it is possible to fall off in shipping. If this happens it can be mended by a local alteration service. If the embellishments drop off in large quantities, we will return you the alteration fee.
I put in my measurements but the dress is a bit long
All our dresses are made with extra “room” for minor alterations. On long dresses, we leave spare room to factoring in high heels. Some customers want their heels to show, some don’t so we leave that option to you. If you want it shorter, a simple hemming would do.
My order looks different from the picture on your website
If you have ordered one of our standard dresses it will look the same as the photo unless you have asked for alterations to the style such as different embellishments etc. However dresses will look different on customers if they have a different body shape to the model used in our stock images. If this situation arises please do contact us so that we can resolve the issue.
I chose a colour from the ordering page but it arrived looking different
We advise customers who have very specific colour requirements to order a swatch sample first. The colours shown through our ordering page may not be true to life due to different monitor display, lighting, and even the cameras that took the stock photo. The same shade of colour can look lighter on your computer but darker on your phone.
